Does exercising more and eating less not give you the health improvements you want? Are you confused about what actions to take to improve your health?
I've got the solution...
My scientific approach takes (almost) every variable that affects your health into account. To move closer to optimal health, for example, you might need to expose yourself to sunlight, avoid certain toxins, meditate, and change how you move.
I know my approach sounds counter-intuitive, but bear with me.
I'll give you simple to use tools to improve your health. Once you apply these tools - and improve your overall health - you can focus on what really matters for you in life: what you love.
And yes, my approach works for you too.
I've been obsessed with health and well-being for 15 years. All my adult life I've been reading scientific studies to increase my mental and physical performance. Instead of focusing on my personal health, however, I've decided to focus on your helping you improve your health, looks, and well-being.
I've finished degrees in Physical Therapy (B), Philosophy (BA and MA), Philosophy of Science and Technology (MS - Cum Laude), and Clinical Health Science (MS), and now helps you take charge of your own health through science-backed interventions. The 15 years I've spent tweaking my health to improve my athletic and brain performance can now be applied to improve your health and life.
I think an all-round health approach is far superior to focusing on some single variables that may affect your health. So in my health approach, many different domains are taken into account, such as the (sun)light you're exposed to, sleep quality, air pollution, diet, psychological health, movement, and many others.
